Heitz farms Martha's Vineyard as a 34-acre parcel on the Oakville bench, planted to a selection known as the Martha's clone. The wine is all Cabernet Sauvignon: a year in neutral oak tanks, three years in new French Limousin barrels, then a year in bottle before release. Fruit is certified organic.
