Bob Dylan co-founded Heaven's Door, and this fifth Bootleg release swings for something unexpected: an 18-year-old straight bourbon rested a second time in Spanish vermouth rouge casks, the sweet, botanical-fortified wine leaving its mark. Bottled at 114 proof, it layers maple sugar and Concord grape against tobacco leaf, cigar box, and baking-spice allspice. The hand-crafted ceramic bottle wears one of Dylan's own paintings. Pour it neat in a wide glass, or over one big cube.
