Hayotzer Winery's Lyrica GSM comes from Israel's Shomron region, where the Shor family has made wine since 1847 — among the country's oldest winemaking lineages. This dry red blend combines 40% Grenache, 35% Syrah, and 25% Mourvèdre, a classic Southern Rhône-style trio, aged 18 months in French oak under winemaker Philippe Lichtenstein. Expect dark ruby color with layered notes of blackberry, cassis, cherry, chocolate, and clove, backed by structured tannins and a long, spice-tinged finish.
