Hardin's Creek Boston spent all 17 years at Beam's Boston campus, the old Booker Noe plant known for wide-open rackhouses and strong sun that push aging faster. Freddie Noe, Booker's grandson, calls the result bold and characterful. Expect toasted marshmallow and dark chocolate on the nose, caramel and hazelnut on the palate, baking spice on the finish.
