Tipsy Sauce - Caramel Hard Sauce
Same mash bill, same distillation day as its Kentucky Series siblings — the difference is location. Hardin's Creek Boston spent all 17 years at Beam's Boston campus, the old Booker Noe plant known for wide-open rackhouses and strong sun that push aging faster. Freddie Noe, Booker's grandson, calls the result bold and characterful. Expect toasted marshmallow and dark chocolate on the nose, caramel and hazelnut on the palate, baking spice on the finish. Pour it neat or over one big cube.
