Weingut Hans Wirsching has farmed Iphofen in Franken since 1630, working roughly 90 hectares of gypsum-keuper soil around the Schwanberg. Silvaner and Riesling are the flagships, with Scheurebe and Pinot alongside, from sites including Julius-Echter-Berg and Kronsberg. One of Franconia's oldest estates.
