Hagafen - Brut Rose Wine

When we make rosé, we really make ROSÉ! This latest vintage of our Brut Rosé saw extended time on the skin (rosé and red wines achieve their color while fermenting with the whole berry) in order to give it that amazingly bright, vibrant pink hue.

This lovely, dry pink sparkler is as beautiful to drink as it is to look at! Its beauty starts in the glass with graceful tiny bubbles and continues with an aroma of ripe pomegranate, fresh cranberry and deep juicy raspberry. Onto the palate we find those same flavors with the addition of a delightful creaminess that nicely balances out the bright lively acidity.
