Direct-pressed from whole clusters of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Carignan picked early, then cold-fermented in tank - a rosé made as its own wine, not bled off a red. Pale, with peach and floral aromatics. The vineyards run 700-900m along Israel's central mountain ridge.
