A dry white built on Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay, drawn from vineyards at Shiloh, Esh Kodesh and Emek Shafya. Cold-fermented in stainless steel and aged on its lees for texture rather than oak. Gvaot puts the drinking window at roughly two years from harvest.
