Perrier-Jouët's Grand Brut is a sunny, floral non-vintage Champagne built from over 50 crus across Champagne's finest villages. Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs brings elegance, while Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier add structure and fruit-forward roundness. Aged a minimum of three years in the house's chalk cellars in Épernay, it opens with butter-biscuit and floral aromatics, then unfolds into yellow orchard fruit, soft acidity, and a long honeyed finish. Pour it as an aperitif or alongside light seafood and crisp vegetables.
