Gran Sociedad grows its Weber agave for six to eight years in the highlands of Los Altos de Jalisco, then slow-cooks it in masonry ovens, crushes it under a tahona stone, and distills through copper. A splash of American-oak reposado joins the fresh blanco, layering citrus and floral aromas over cooked-agave sweetness, vanilla, honey, caramel, and cacao.
