The Añejo rests 18 months in new French oak, picking up butterscotch, cinnamon, and toasted oak against a base of caramel and dried fruit, with a whisper of chocolate on the finish. Sip it neat in a rocks glass, or let it anchor an old fashioned where the oak has room to stretch.
