Plata is a 100% agave, award-winning tequila, rested in American oak pipónes (large wooden vats) for an average of 7 weeks. Gran Centenario® Plata is distilled from carefully selected blue agave, resulting in a 100% agave tequila of unusual smoothness and quality.​ Plata is the winner of numerous awards including a DOUBLE GOLD MEDAL from the San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
