Handcrafted by the Quintanilla family's Azulejos distillery in Jalisco, this Extra Añejo rests in American white oak for roughly three years, drawing out notes of toffee, dulce de leche, and toasted hazelnut beneath a bright top note of orange blossom and jasmine. Made from 100% blue weber agave with nothing added, it's bottled in a striking copper alembic-still design, each one hand-painted by artisans in central Mexico. Pour it neat in a copita after dinner, where its rounded sweetness and gentle spice have room to unfold slowly. Certified kosher (MK Kosher).
