Master distiller Stephen Gould built it from 100% two-row barley grown across Colorado and nearby states, fermented with organic brown-rice koji and Rocky Mountain water from the Clear Creek and Montezuma watersheds, then distilled the traditional way. Bottled at 80 proof, it's a barley spirit made for sipping neat, stretching into a chuhai highball, or reaching for when you're building cocktails with something different.
