Matured in first-fill bourbon barrels, then finished 12 months in PX sherry casks, it's non-chill filtered at 46% ABV. Expect crème caramel and toffee on the nose, rich spicy fruit and fudge on the palate, finishing with vanilla oak and gentle spice. Pour it neat by the fire.
