Giffard Crème de Pamplemousse Rose is a pink grapefruit liqueur from Giffard & Cie, the family-run liqueur house in Angers, France, now in its fifth generation since 1885. It is made by infusing fresh pink grapefruit zests, a maceration technique the family has refined for generations, giving the liqueur its orange-pink hue. Expect intense grapefruit-juice aroma with zesty, floral edges, and a palate balancing bitterness, acidity, and fruit into a tangy finish.
