It is made by infusing fresh pink grapefruit zests, a maceration technique the family has refined for generations, giving the liqueur its orange-pink hue. Expect intense grapefruit-juice aroma with zesty, floral edges, and a palate balancing bitterness, acidity, and fruit into a tangy finish. Pour it into a glass of dry white, rosé, or sparkling wine for an easy aperitif, or shake it into a citrus-forward cocktail.
