Ghostwood's blended bourbon comes out of Bozeman, Montana, built on a four-grain mash — sweet corn, rye, Montana red winter wheat, and malted barley — blended with the distillery's own make. It's picked up back-to-back Double Gold medals at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition. Expect dark amber color, oak and toffee on the nose, a nutty, buttery palate rounded out with almond and warm spice, and a dry, smooth 90-proof finish. Pour it neat by a fire, or over one big cube.
