Mezcal with a twist you won't find often: Gem & Bolt infuses damiana, a native Mexican herb, into 100% Espadin agave from the highlands of San Dionisio Ocotepec, Oaxaca. Fourth-generation mezcalero Ignacio Martinez roasts the agave in wood-fired earth pits, mills it by horse-drawn tahona, and adds the damiana just before a second distillation.
