Brandy de Jerez from Bodegas Fundador, the oldest bodega in Jerez, dating to 1730. Aged in 500-litre oak butts that previously held select sherries, moved through the solera y criaderas system. Amber, full-bodied, with the cask's vinosity coming through. Bottled at 40%.
