Claret is the old English name for a red Bordeaux, and Coppola's Diamond Collection borrows both the name and the blueprint: a California take on the Bordeaux tradition, led by Cabernet Sauvignon and rounded out with Petit Verdot, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot.
