From Barbados' Foursquare Distillery comes Mark X of Richard Seale's Exceptional Cask Selection, a single blended rum marrying artisanal pot-still and traditional column-still molasses spirit. Distilled in 2007 and aged a full 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels, it's bottled at cask strength (59% ABV) with no color, sugar, or additives.
