Four Walls started as a joke between the guys behind It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia and turned into an actual whiskey: triple-distilled Irish grain and malt from Great Northern Distillery in County Louth, blended in Pittsburgh with Wigle's Monongahela-style Pennsylvania straight rye. The result splits the difference between traditions, rye spice and creamy vanilla up front, rich caramel, cherry, and gingerbread on the palate, finishing long and sweet.
