From Westland Distillery in Seattle, Garryana's 8th Edition is an American single malt built around Quercus garryana — a rare native Pacific Northwest oak found in only a fraction of its old range. The six-malt spirit rests at least four years in a blend of Pedro Ximénez sherry butts, virgin garryana casks, Washington red wine barrels, and first-fill bourbon wood, landing at 100 proof. Expect layers of plum, toasted oak, honey, and baking chocolate. Pour it neat to let the Pacific Northwest terroir speak for itself.
