Virtuous comes from a deliberately dense-planted vineyard in Israel's Elah Valley — Five Stones crowds the vines so each one yields less fruit, concentrating color and flavor into a smaller crop. The result is a four-way blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot, harvested at full ripeness for a deep, saturated color and a layered, dominant aroma where all four varieties show through.
