1.5oz The Legendary Silkie Irish Whiskey*

·        .5 oz FAIR Ginger Liqueur

·        6 mint leaves

Gently muddle mint in glass with ginger liqueur. Add crushed ice to fill glass. Add Silkie Irish Whiskey and stir with upward motion to combine. Add more crushed ice until ice reaches top of glass. Garnish with mint sprig. Drink with a medal straw
