The constant shifts in temperature and pressure make the wood breathe, folding oak into spirit. Made from Ugni Blanc and aged well beyond the XO minimum, it leans floral and layered, think honeysuckle, tawny port, walnut, and candied apricot. Pour it neat in a snifter and let it open.
