Elevación Añejo is Texas Hill Country's answer to agave spirit — triple-distilled from 100% Mexican agave, then finished at 1693 Distillery in Fredericksburg, Texas. Rested in oak, it pours a warm golden amber and opens with vanilla and brown sugar layered over that unmistakable agave backbone. The taste keeps the fresh agave character front and center, now rounded out by oak wood and brown sugar, finishing smooth with hints of campfire and rustic wood. Pour it neat for sipping, or reach for it in a barrel-aged Old Fashioned riff.
Tasting notes
Color - Warm golden amber
