Aroma
The malolactic fermentation we generate is evident with a buttery aroma, followed by the scents provided by its barrels, all the fruitiness of the American barrel, maple, cranberries, and apricot. On the first nose, the French barrel comes to the forefront with its robust aromas, the wood, tobacco, and vanilla demonstrating the aromatic depth.
Sabor
The smoothness and elegance are present with a medium-high attack, with a low alcoholic presence, with an intense flavor of cocoa, elegant wood, and a creaminess that passes smoothly through the throat with a long aftertaste.
Cuerpo
Medium-high body, unctuous on the palate that lingers in the mouth.
