A blanco is where a distillery has nowhere to hide, and El Mayor leans into it. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave in the Jalisco Highlands, it's distilled twice with a family yeast strain in stainless pot stills with copper coils, then left unaged so the plant does the talking. Expect a clean, crisp pour with full agave, soft floral notes, and a pepper kick on a dry finish. Sip it neat, or pour it alongside ceviche or sushi. Sip Something New.
