El Mayor's Añejo spends 18 to 36 months resting in white oak, more patience than its Blanco and Reposado siblings get, and it shows: caramel, roasted agave, and brown spice on the palate, with a finish that lingers noticeably longer. It's made from 100% blue Weber agave grown in Jalisco, Mexico, and bottled at 80 proof — smooth enough to sip neat, honest enough to still taste like agave.
