El Luchador's story starts with lucha libre masks, but the tequila earns its own respect: organic, estate-grown blue agave from Jalisco's Los Altos highlands, roughly 6,500 feet up, rested a full eight years before harvest. The Añejo spends 14-16 months in French oak barrels previously used for Puligny-Montrachet white Burgundy, picking up deeply roasted agave, caramelized citrus, and dark vanilla. Sip it neat, or slow down a weekend with it over one large cube.
