El Jefe's blanco comes from Citlali Ovalle, one of only 25 female master distillers working in Jalisco today — a rarity in an industry dominated by men. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown across Tequila's highlands and lowlands, it's double-distilled and bottled right off the still, so nothing dulls the cooked-agave core. Expect bright citrus and a peppery snap that mellows into a warm, smooth finish. Pour it neat or shake it into a classic margarita.
