Made at the storied Cascahuín distillery (NOM 1123) in El Arenal, Jalisco, this additive-free blanco leans on mature agave grown in Michoacán for real depth. Agave is steamed in traditional stone ovens, roller-milled, then double-distilled, landing at an easygoing 40% ABV. Expect a floral nose with stone fruit and pineapple over warm cooked agave, then a full-yet-gentle palate of white pepper, creamy lemon, and fresh herbs. Sip it neat to explore the agave, or build a bright, herbaceous margarita.
