Every tequila starts with agave, but El Afan makes the plant the whole story. This blanco is 100% Blue Weber agave from the fields of Jalisco, bottled unaged so nothing hides the source. Founders Chris Anderson and Onie Castaneda lean on century-old methods, and you taste it: fresh agave with a whisper of citrus and herbs up front, bright and vegetal across the palate, finishing crisp and clean. Pour it over ice for a margarita, or sip it neat and let the agave talk.
