Dulce Vida's reposado comes from Los Altos, Jalisco, where blue Weber agave grown in mineral-rich red soil goes into small-batch, USDA-certified organic tequila — a rarity in the category. After distillation, it rests eleven months in American bourbon barrels, picking up a light honey hue, caramel and citrus on the nose, and a mild, sweet finish with soft oak underneath. Sip it slow, neat or on a single rock, and let the barrel time show.
