Galánta marks a milestone: the first single malt Irish whiskey distilled in Connacht in over a century, crafted at The Shed Distillery in Drumshanbo, County Leitrim. Triple-distilled from 100% malted Irish barley and matured in single-use Kentucky bourbon casks, it's non-chill filtered with no added color, and each bottle is hand-numbered. Expect golden caramel and roasted coffee on the nose, giving way to honey, roasted nuts, and sweet apple, with a warm spice finish — best sipped neat to let the wood spice unfold.
