Drifter builds its Nordic-Style G&T on Svol Danish-style aquavit, all caraway and lemon, then layers in Brooklyn's Perry's Tot Navy Strength gin for sharp juniper, citrus, and coriander. Pear, allspice, and Icelandic angelica round it out, and 20-year bartender Steva Casey helped dial in the recipe. At 7% ABV in a 12oz can, pour it over plenty of ice with a lemon twist.
