Dos Maderas Luxus is where Caribbean rum meets Spanish sherry country. The spirit is distilled and aged tropically before crossing the Atlantic to Jerez de la Frontera, where it finishes maturing in old Pedro Ximénez sherry casks using the criadera and solera system — the same slow-blending method sherry itself relies on. Expect vanilla, almond husk, tobacco, and dried fruit layered over a velvety finish. Pour it neat or on the rocks and let it open up slowly.
