Founded by Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul, Dos Hombres pours a Joven mezcal from Espadín agave grown in the hills of San Luis del Río, Oaxaca. The plants roast in a stone pit, get crushed by a horse-drawn tahona, then double-distill in copper. Expect apple and sapote fruit, a whisper of wood, and a gentle smoky finish. Paired here with Fever-Tree Sparkling Grapefruit, it's an easy build: pour over ice, top, and enjoy the citrus-smoke contrast.
