This blanco tequila from Dos Ángeles Caídos gets its name — and its blush — from a rest in Tempranillo wine barrels sourced from Viñas del Sol. Distilled from 100% Blue Agave at Hacienda de Oro in Jalisco, it pours a salmon-orange hue with layers of fruit and spice from the wine cask atop the classic agave sweetness and pepper of a young spirit. Additive-free by production, it finishes clean and smooth. Serve chilled in a copita to sip slowly, or build a paloma that leans rosé.
