Don Valente Blanco starts the same way tequila has for generations: blue agave grown in the Jalisco lowlands around Arenal, slow-roasted in a brick oven, then shredder-pressed and twice run through copper pot stills. What comes out is clean and agave-forward, sweet cooked-agave and buttery olive notes with a whisper of black pepper, finishing warm and grassy. At 40% ABV, it's built for sipping neat as easily as shaking into a margarita.
