Extra Añejo tequilas are rare — this one spends at least three years resting in oak, and it arrives in a hand-decorated white-and-blue ceramic that's as much shelf piece as bottle. Distilled at NOM 1466 in the Los Valles region of Jalisco from blue agave, it pours rich and layered: vanilla, caramel and warm oak wrapped around cooked-agave sweetness. Sip it neat or over a single big cube, and let the ceramic keep its place on the bar afterward.
