Don Londrés Blanco comes from Atotonilco El Alto, Jalisco, where the González family has been distilling tequila across three generations — nothing added beyond agave and time. Unaged and bottled at 40% ABV, it opens with a silky blend of herbal and citrus notes, anise and green mint threading through the caramelized sweetness of cooked agave. Straightforward, well-made blanco character that holds up neat, over ice, or as the backbone of a proper margarita.
