Born from a Jalisco luchador's tequila-making legacy, Don Gato Reposado is 100% Blue Weber agave from the lowland Valle region, cooked and crushed the old way on stone tahona wheels, then double-distilled in copper pots before resting up to a year in American oak. Expect golden raisin, vanilla, and green apple up front, opening into honeyed melon and crème brûlée, with a peppery, oak-and-black-tea finish. Sip it neat to let the barrel time show, or build it into a well-balanced añejo-leaning margarita.
