Crafted to mark two decades of Don Fulano's work in Jalisco's Highlands, this añejo blends three batches of 100% blue agave tequila, distilled in copper at La Tequileña, then rested in rare Oloroso and Amontillado sherry casks. Bottled at 44.4% ABV, it opens with dried fruit and cooked agave, unfolding into toasted almond, dried mango, and a warm ribbon of pepper heat. A collector's pour for sipping neat, or building a tequila old fashioned with real depth.
