Don Ferro Blanco comes from a musician, not a distiller: Mexican singer and actor Ernesto Pérez — better known as El Chapo de Sinaloa — launched the brand in 2021 as a tribute to his roots. The 100% blue Weber agave is slow-cooked in traditional ovens near Jalisco's Los Valles region, then bottled straight off the still with no time in wood. Expect citrus and fresh herbs up front, sweet agave and a whisper of pepper on the palate, finishing crisp and clean. Pour it neat or shake it into a margarita.
