Most anejos lean on the barrel alone for their smoothness, but Don Chicho runs its 100% blue Weber agave through a second distillation before it ever meets oak. Made at NOM 1551 in Jalisco and aged at least a year in American white oak, it pours amber with sweet notes of vanilla and caramel and a rich, balanced palate that lands soft on the finish. Pour it neat in a copita and let those oak-sweet layers open up slowly.
