Don Cayo comes out of El Arenal, in the heart of Jalisco's tequila valley, where the agave is still slow-roasted in traditional stone clay ovens before it ever sees a still. This Reposado spends eight months in French oak, picking up caramel, vanilla, and a warm cinnamon-butter note that carries through a sweet, easy finish. Sip it neat to catch the toasted agave character, or let it anchor a Paloma when you want something richer than a blanco.
