Aged five years in oak, this is the deepest, most patient expression in the Don Cayo lineup. The family has been making tequila in El Arenal, Jalisco since the 1930s, working with 100% blue agave grown around the Tequila Valley. Those long years in barrel pull out caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak, with roasted agave still holding its ground underneath. Pour it neat in a good glass and let it open slowly, the way a well-aged sipper deserves.
