Don Cayo has been making tequila in El Arenal, in the heart of Jalisco's Valley of Tequila, since 1954 — and this Añejo shows the family's long game. Made from 100% blue Weber agave, it's rested in two different oak barrels, moving from American oak into a French oak finish that layers on caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and a whisper of dried fruit and spice. At 40% ABV, it's built for slow sipping. Pour it neat and let the barrel do the talking.
